Please find the end-to-end list-building process below. I have included the old process in the below document.
It must be noted that the starting point of all our lists is where the major issue arises. The lists we are pulling from Apollo and SN are both incomplete. They do not contain the data that we require to ensure that we meet all the requirements for our campaigns. In most instances, a good amount of the data is outdated and needs to be updated accordingly, although SN is quite a bit better at this than Apollo.
Apollo, for some unknown reason, bulks out their lists with totally irrelevant data and duplicates a fair amount of the data as well. iLawyer and Gemist are examples of this, where at least 65% of the lists were duplicates and totally irrelevant to the ICP parameters set in the search section.
SN has much better and more complete data available from the raw scrape than Apollo, but both leave much to be desired. At present, there is no other option but to follow the steps below in order to build the lists we need.
I would suggest that we create a lead repository for SLF, so that in the future, if we have any clients that operate in more or less the same vertical as some of our current clients, we can just pull the leads from the repository, as we know that we have enriched these lists, triple verified them and that they are legit.
As a footnote, we could again sell these leads to various interested parties to recoup some of the expenses involved.
